He has covered the war and post war recovery process in Northern Uganda and planning to start up a rural based community journalism training center to boost on the missing gaps realized in the region.
Pat is a graduate of journalism and mass communication from UMCAT School of journalism, Kampala. He holds a BA in Information Technology and System Management from Datamine; a certificate in pedagogical teaching skills from UGAPRIVI Academy, Kampala; a certificate in IT proficiency from Diamond ICT; a certificate in Education management information system, IFC World Bank, Kampala and a certificate in Linux system administration from East African Centre for Open Source Software Kampala.
Before joining Chimpreports, Pat was working for NTV, Daily Monitor from Jan 2013 to August 2014 as a correspondent news reporter for Acholi Sub region. At the same time he lectured at Destiny Film Academy and at UMCAT owing to his communication experience as a seasoned alumnus.
Pat is a family man with 3 children, an ardent sportsman with kick boxing experience from Sharing Youth Centre a great photographer.
